Unfortunately, there are no Windows 8.1 drivers available for download for the Inspiron 530s. You can click the link below for drivers and downloads that are available for this system.

I advise putting in a Crucial SSD and upgrading your RAM to 4 GB.
Install Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 64 Bit. Use these drivers:

If you haven't already bought Windows 8.1 you can go through the unofficial 10130 path to get Windows 10 Pro for free:
