S50 Cannot Save Firefox File association Settings

We have 60 or so older S50 thin clients. We rolled out a brand new Citrix XenApp 6.5 Farm. We couldn't get the thin clients to connect using the ICA client, so we decided to put Firefox on the thin clients and go through the web interface. It works well, but before you can launch the Citrix session you have to associate the launch.ica file to use wfica by browsing to it on the thin client.

Here's the problem - it won't save the setting when the client is rebooted. It will save it for the existing session, but not after a reboot. I can't have the end users have to browse to the wfica file everytime they login. Can that setting be saved into the permanent registry somehow?
