Wyse T50 USB pb

Wyse T50 USB pb

Hi, I've got a Wyse T50 and i'm using it in order to do rdp.

The pb is that my usb key is recognized but I can't have access because it says (on my RDP session):
"you may not have the permission to use this network session"
See the message

Some screencaps that may be usefull:
Wyse T50
USB configuration
Credentials

Thanks for your help!

Wyse Self-Service Users Click on the register link and you can then register your company.

In my case it looks as though the USB ports on the device might be bad or I just have a bad image. I was able to get a new unit from storage and had no issues with connectivity with my USB devices. I will be imaging the device later today to see if the issue is resolved. If not ill open an RMA case.

I have a case open with Wyse support for this same issue, my USB devices are not mapping to the RDP session. Interesting thing though i can get the SD card slot to map.

Hi, thanks for replying!

Where did you open the case? Could you provide me with a link please?
Btw, will you keep me in touch with their answer?

Thank you!
