App crash constantly

App crash constantly

Hello,

Every 30-60 minutes, the app crash when i'm connected with RDP.

I receive this error:

The application PocketCloud (process com.wise.pocketcloudfull) has stopped unexpectdely. Please try again.

HI Mana, what were you doign whiel app crashes, 
Are you streaming any video ?
Does it happen while you are idle on desktop or running any particular app.
what is your os? Are you on 3g or wifi?

Nothing, just idle on the desktop.

I run Android 2.2 on the phone and Windows Server 2008 R2 on the computer. I have try with 2 different phone and 3 different Windows Server but the app always crash after 30-60 minutes. And the app crash on 3G and wifi.
