PocketCloud doesn't work on my Android!
PocketCloud doesn't work on my Android!
When I opened the program, it started successfully. But when I tried to connet with my computer, there appeared a black box with a big logo of PocketCloud in it and I cannot stop it and there's nothing but black behind the box.
And when I tap the "Upgrade PocketCloud" at the bottom of the main window, the same thing appears but I can get out of it using the Back botton.
Does someone know what's the problem? Thank you.
My device:
Android 2.2.2, 320*240 screen, 600MHz CPU, MultiTouch supported.

Have you tried to re-install the program?
Tell us exactly what device are you using?

Hi,
I'm using Huawei C8500s.
I re-installed it, but when I tried to login with my google account, the box showed again.
Now I can connect with my computer, but when I logged in to my computer account, it showed again.
Thank you.
