won't connect
won't connect
I set this up at home and it worked fine. Now I'm on the road and it won't connect at all even when all four bars are up.
Not happy. I need this to work.

I need support. Over at the support site they want me to "register my company". Huh?
It doesn't look like you guys are set up for home users at all. I'll wait til EOD today, and if nothing is forthcoming, I'm saying bye to this product. I need something that actually works, and that has serious support. I don't need a joke, a prank, or a fraud.

Just FYI: I got a new phone specifically for the purpose of running this app. So, now I'm out 200 dollars and I can't do what I want.
This is not a game.

Hi pantompi,
What is the operating system you are running on your home system?
Is the connection method rdp or vnc?
is it auto connection or manual?
Are you on wifi or 3g?
