Black screen

We have multiple iPads using Pocket Cloud to connect to our server remotely. We are randomly getting BLACK screens when we try to log in on Pocket Cloud from our iPads.

Why are we gettting BLACK screeen and how do we fix this issue?

Have you tried tapping on the screen? Do you hear the pop noise? Sometimes it takes a few moments to bring up your remote desktop depending on your internet and server speed.
