Scrolling in Visual Basic / Access app via TSC
Scrolling in Visual Basic / Access app via TSC
Hi everybody.
At the European Hospital in Rome we run a top level heart surgery centre.
We've recently moved to an electronic patient file system, written in Access/SQL/VIsual Basic as far as I can understand.
We'd like to use our idevices to access the app, so we're looking for the right app.
Scrolling, either with some sort of mouse wheel emulation or via a click and drag on lateral bars is crucial.
Can we do this confortably with your app?
We could not find a video on youtube or a slideshow or some other stuff stating it clearly.
Any answer would be strongly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Click and drag is also very simple. You can use the Touch Pointer for this, simply click and hold the touch pointer until it changes colors (takes around 1 second) and then move the touch pointer around. This sends a dragging operation. You can always buy one license first to evaluate the application before you deploy it widely in your organization.

Hi skybet,
Scrolling with PocketCloud is very simple! We have introduced the concept of Touch Pointer that allows you to easily do Right-mouse clicks, Scrolling wheel events and precise left-clicks. You can see the TouchPointer in one of the screenshots in iTunes.

Thanks for your kind and prompt answer.
You did not mention if it is possibile to left click on a bar and drag it to move up and down in the frame.
It's important as we have often, on lower resolution screens, double scrolling bars and mouse wheel does not handle them properly!
If it works we will immediately proceed to test and licensing for everybody wanting access via iOs devices.
