ipad app crashes to win 7 & mac and!! WONT LET ME UNINSTALL AUTODISCOVERY
this app doesnt work.
it crashes when i try to dial into my computer via the ipad app.
i used auto discovery on both computers. get the same error of ports not being open.
Im pretty sure its due to my router, but thanks for providing me documentation for this.
now i cant even uninstall it.
MAC wont let me cause its running
PC - uinstalled the pocket and tight vnc, only to have it reinstalled and now it says it cant find config file or reinstall tight vnc.
Either get me my resolution or refund me my money. and i think its a given, that you should find a way to get this OFF my computers.

wow its been close to a month and no support.
what is this sham. how do you let a process auto run in the background in a mac where a PID kill doesnt even kill it to uninstall.
you people should be ***.

Hello,
If you got the Mac Companion from our website then you can uninstall it by clicking the kite icon on the top toolbar and then selecting "Uninstall". If you installed the Mac Companion from the App Store then simply drag it to the trash to uninstall.
If you would like us to help troubleshoot your connection issue then please provide more details such as the error message you are receiving.
