Sorry, Im not very computer savvy-
I love the the app for my iphone. Everything works great.
My only problem is when I try to access my macbook sometimes I get the message "remote machine not available". It says that it is offline. Is there something I can do to take my macbook out of sleep mode remotely? I have left it running and that works for me because i can connect but I really dont want to leave my screen on all day. Also if I ever need something unexpectedly (which is kind of the point) I cant access it without someone to come and flip the screen open. How do I fix this?

HI Kevin,
There is no way to do wakeup on WAN. At this point you have to leave the machine on for now.

Thanks for the quick response. hopefully that is something to be incorporated in the future. Still like the app.
