will not stay connected

will not stay connected

I have pocketcloud free version and it connects alright, but keeps shuting down after a minute or 2. Please advise

Hi, Is your computer on sleep mode? Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Change to NEVER in "Put your computer to sleep" restart the computer.
