wont log in to google account
wont log in to google account
it keeps on saying that the remote access (VNC) service is not running please follow the step by step remote access setup and i do that but when i hit login for my google account it keeps on saying that

i am using a mac though and it told me to download that when i get the email after i got it on my iphone

Hi Aidan, Are you working on windows home edition?
Please install vnc first on your desktop before installing pocketcloud.

Aidan, On Mac you dont need to download. Just need to configure the vnc service. system preference-sharing-remote management-computer settings
