Fingerprint reader removed after 60 seconds with Dell ThinOS and Imprivata

Running into issues with Imprivata 5.2 and Dell ThinOS 8.5_009 and the fingerprint reader going away after 60 seconds.  Looking for a solution and Dell Thin OS support has not been able to help us with Imprivata.  Any ideas?
