Firmware Update S10 USB
Firmware Update S10 USB
Hi Guys,
I am trying to flash my Wyse s10 with firmware version 6.5. I have the merlin image that Wyse support gave me and i am using the USB firmware tool.
It boots from the USB stick, it then moves onto the splash screen telling me not to turn off the Wyse as it may break it.
I then get an error
"Unable to open the file to read size of flash drive"
"Press a key to reboot"
i press a key and it cycles over and over.
any ideas where i am going wrong?

Stuart,
The USB Firmware Tool does not support the S10 (See USB FT Users Guide for a list of supported devices). The Merlin image is part of a Conversion Kit. You may want to contact the person that provided you the image and request the FTP image in order to upgrade our client.
