dual screen
dual screen
Hi,
We use WYSE Terminals (Modal: Cx0 C10LE WT08 1G 128F/512R DVI E8 INTL) and want to have dual screen's working. We see the options for span and mirror, spanning works fine at the WYSE OS Level, but when we RDP into a windows VM it doesn't work like it use to for our physical pc's
Before, windows recognised 2 monitors.. but now windows only sees one which is being spanned across both monitors, so full screen mode on applications also spans which is horrible.
Does anyone know if this can be changes, so the rdp session to windows can recongise both monitors?
Regards
Tom

Apparently, because we use Vista, we will never be able to fix this problem. So we have to upgrade to windows 7.

Yes, how the screen is treated depend on several factors:
1- The version of the firmware on the C10LE.
2- Your host, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and Windows servers all treat dual screens differently based on their version.
