Wacom One on Wyse Terminal

We have a Wacom One drawing pad, which draws in Windows 10 through a Wyse terminal, but does not display in the Wacom configuration software, which states that no device is connected. The user needs to change the configuration, but we cannot get Windows 10 to see the Wacom when it is connected through the Wyse. Please could somebody advise?
