USB Flash Drive Conection issue
Hi all,
So I'm having some trouble with flash drives in my environment. I am using view 4.6 running non-persistent desktops on Wyse R90 thin clients. The trouble is that about 1 out of 20 times, the flash drive refuses to pass through to the VDI session. It maps to the hardware (Thin client) OS. The obvious difficulty is that it is not a consistent error, but we are an educational institution so it is enough of an issue to cause a problem. Anyone have any suggestion as to what is a possible cause? Or any suggestion as to how to troubleshoot the issue?
Any help is appreciated.

I guess you should try to change the thin clients and test whether it still works or not. You can also call support if you need any further help or if you can't figure it out the problem by yourself.
Life is short to remove USB drive in safe mode. best flash drives
