I apologise in advance for my complete lack of understanding and knowledge with WDM & S90's.
I am trying to update the image on my S90 with a view to doing more...
I have downloaded the latest image and have it in WDM but I think I am experiencing hagent issues as everything i try to send to the Thin client goes into the 'scheduled tasks' list. Even if it's just a reboot, it doesnt work and just gets added to the queue. The device appears in the 'Device Manager' window (although is red? not sure if thats an issue?).
Can anybody offer any assistance please?

Simon,
When the device appears Red it's because it has not checked in recently with WDM. That would be the reason why you can't re-image the S90. If you updated WDM, you will need to upgrade your HAgent on the thin client. You can also use Wireshark to see why your thin client is not talking to WDM.
