Wyse T00X no shotdown after log off

Hi Wyse Forum,

I am totally new to wyse and just started to use our terminals to connect to our citrix farm (works fine so far). One thing which is not working correctly is the shutdown after the last session has logged off. 

I searched a bit through the forum and found that probably one value was missing - the shutdowncounter. But unfortunatlely the client still stays online.
