XPS 15 9560, 2 amber, 4 white lights blinking
Hello!
I have a problem - Dell XPS 15 9560 doesn't work, 2 amber - 4 white lights are blinking, RAM replacement doesn't help. What can I do more or should I replace a motherboard?
Thanks

seljean78,
The led's 2 and 4 represent Ram Failure. What are the specs for the memory you installed? The ram needs to meet the below specs.

Well, then I have the problem, nothing of that works for me. It looks like ram slots failure, not ram sticks
Thank you for your assistance

I've inserted this ram
CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4-2400 CL17 CT8G4SFS824A
Is it necessary to use both slots at the same time, or i can use only one ram slot? Can this 2-4 bleanking mean that ram slot is corrupted, not only ram stick?

seljean78,
Test one memory module with the memory slot populated with one memory stick. Boot the computer up to see if the error code returns. Do the same for the other stick. It could be the Ram memory or the slots are bad.The only way to check your motherboard's memory slots is to place a working RAM stick into each one and see if your machine boots properly. Remove all RAM sticks and place one you know is functional into the first slot on your motherboard. Boot your computer.

seljean78,
Have you checked the memory in another computer to verify that it is working? It is possible that the memory is faulty.

I already had two 16gb Corsaire memory modules at the moment of the fault, and this one is third and a brand new. I don't have another PC to test it, but I don't think all of these are broken. Anyway I'll try to test it
