Battery not charging and stops at 70 on my dell xps 12

I bought dell xps 12 yesterday and charged it 

It worked perfectly till it reached 71% 

Then i used it for 1 hour and charged it again 

It reached 70% and then stoped charging but the icon says (plugged in ) charging 

But it never goes higher than 70%
