Been trying to get a replacement for a month
Hello, my case was closed randomly because I have been extremely busy with school. It’s hard to keep taking pictures of random things when I have verified over and over that I bought the laptop. I was sent a broken laptop, and I started a case the same day I received the laptop, September 1st. Now my case is closed, I still have a broken laptop, and nothing to do my school work on. I’m very upset
