DELL XPS 13 - 9360 will not turn on.... HELP
I need help. My xps 13, 9360 won't turn on. When I plug the power cable the front white LED light comes on. Then when i try and turn the laptop on nothing happens. The power button light won't even turn on. What should I do? I bought the laptop in August 2017.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the mainboard from the battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Plug the adapter in and see if it'll power up on AC only. If it will, then reconnect the battery. If that stops powerup, the battery is bad.
If the system still won't power up, the mainboard is bad. If the system is under warranty, call Dell support; if not, you can call for a repair estimate from Dell - or take the system to a good computer shop that can replace the board.
