Data Assistant issue
Just bought a new XPS to replace the previous one that served for 12 years. Following Migrate instruction, I was able to download and click on the .exe file for Data Assistant on the old PC, but after checking off allowing change there is no further activity...no icon, no further instructions.

Are you referring to "Dell Migrate"? Honestly, I would advise you to manually migrate whatever it is that you need. A clean system is better and a manual migration is more reliable.
