Dell G5 15 5587 RAM
Currently, I have prebuilt RAM installed (DDR4 2666Mhz), I'm curious that will it support/compatible with another 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz?
(I know it will run at the speed of whichever is slowest.)

There are two memory sockets - if you now have one module, it's better to add another of the same speed. If both are occupied, you'll need to replace one or both modules -- if replacing one, make it the same speed as the original.
Avoid "performance" RAM that goes by the name HyperX, Vengeance, etc. and if you're looking for a guarantee of compatibility, Crucial, Kingston and others sell RAM tested to work and backed with a compatibility guarantee.
