Dell Updater Keeps Crashing

I have a XPS 15 9560. With the latest update, updating my version to Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.387], Dell update now crashes upon startup. In fact, Maxxaudiopro does as well, preventing my headphone jack from registering any headphones.

So if any dell updates come out, I cannot update unless it goes through the windows updater or I manually download it. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the dell update program.

Anyone have solutions to either problem?
