Dell XPS 13 2020 (Customer Service is a nightmare, Beware before buying)

I purchased a Dell XPS 13 9300 just weeks back and my device shipped with a faulty display. The real pain is the Dell Customer service which is useless and ineffective. I have been trying to connect to the customer care since several days now but all in vain. I have never experienced such a pathetic service for such a premium device. Reaching the Dell technical support is a pain and the representatives disconnect the call midway each time and they never call back. Also, even when they are on the call they are of no use because they rotate you in a loop rather than providing with a solution. I did not expect this expensive laptop to come with a faulty display. Dell quality control is a hit or miss. I am regretting purchasing this laptop with my precious money and I feel I should have got the Macbook instead. I am really hoping that Dell will replace my laptop
