Dell XPS 13 7390 Bluetooth lag stuttering audio ... saga continues

I can't use my bluetooth headphones because it keeps stuttering. I tried the power management fix, but that only fixed my keyboard and mouse, not my bluetooth headphones. Anyone found a workaround?
