Dell XPS 13 Plus lagging

Hi Admin, 

My dell laptop not work smoothly when I just watch youtube.

It's slow performance and lagging .

I already use Supporting assistant to run all test and updated drivers but it's still lag in some case.

Please help me to solve it.
