Dell XPS 15 7590 will not charge during heavy use
Hello, whenever I use my laptop when plugged in, it will lose battery, despite being plugged in and having the charge notification. Is there any way to fix this, or is my laptop faulty?

First thing are you using a Dell OEM AC adapter and OEM battery???
An AC adapter could over time begin to fail and produce less wattage???
If so the battery would have to kick-in at times, while still connected to the AC adapter.
What is the wattage rating of your AC adapter???
Your laptop requires a 130W adapter.
19.5V ~ 6.67A = 130W
Volts x Amps = Watts
