Dell laptop delivery
Hi,
I have ordered Dell laptop on 16th July. The laptop was shipped from China and arrived in the EU (The Netherlands) on 25th July, yet the laptop did not deliver in Switzerland. The ETA provided by Syncreon was of 29th July, but the laptop hasn't arrived yet! and unfortunately, they didn't update new ETA (I am not sure even if they will update and can deliver on that date).
Incase if they will continue delaying than I may cancel my order and ask for a refund. Has anybody gone through such situation before this?

Unfortunately, no improvement ha has been made by Dell.
