How to buy help from tech support for an old notebook?
DELL-Cares answered me "Our records indicate that the system warranty has expired. One of our community members will be able to assist you shortly."
But I need to reset the admin password in the BIOS. I don't think community members can help with this.
How to buy help from Dell Technical Support if my notebook was shipped in 2014?

You are correct that you need Dell tech support help. After confirming you are the owner Dell tech support can assist with accessing the system's BIOS. I believe that Dell tech support will advise you of any cost involved.
