Problem when connect to wifi channel 12 13

My laptop is Dell XPS 9560. I could not find the SSID of the wifi at my new house (based in the EU region) even the other devices still find it and connect to it easily. After researching some methods on the internet I tried to change my wifi channel (before it automatically choose the best one and the speed is very fast, tested on my phone). So I found that my laptop only connects to the wifi channel 1-11 (which are very slow and unstable I even could not play the youtube video). Whenever I change to channel 12-13 the SSID disappears. 

Did anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it?
