Screen glitches xps 9570
Hello
My 2 weeks old xps suddenly started glitching, the bottom 2/3 of the screen doesn't refresh and has horizontal stripes. Every window you open stays in that part op the screen even after reboots.

I'm pretty sure that it's a faulty screen and not the software because it also happens in the bios or the diagnostics setup screen(fn-key and startup) or the lcd test (D-key and startup).
What should I do?

If this came directly from Dell in the US, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return a system for replacement or refund. That's the path to take.
Outside the US or if purchased from a reseller, contact the seller to see what your options are.
Replacement of a defective system is preferable to repair.
