USB port does not work withsome device
Hi,
the USB-ports on my XPS15 9570 do not recognize a Garmi zumo 595. This zumo works with another win7 notebook usig the same cables. The USB-ports of the XPS accept other devices without any problems as there are eboo-readers, memory sticks and another zumo550.
Interesting: If I connect the zumo 595 via an exteral powered USB-hub anything works well. As this is a solution for me at home it is not acceptable for outddor use.

Did you install windows 7 on the XPS that came with Windows 10? There will not be windows 7 drivers for the USB ports which are more advanced hardware. That's why it doesn't work with a direct connection. Reinstall windows 10. The xps has this-
