XPS 13 7390, Not enough USB controller resources

Hello! I faced an issue using DisplayLink powered hub. By some reason when DAC is connected to the hub everything works fine for about 3-5 minutes and then I'm getting error that USB devices work unproperly and all USB devices connected to the hub stop working (displays and ethernet keep working correctly). Also one time I got error "not enough USB controller resources" when DAC was connected but camera wasn't.

I hardly think that it's hub itself as it worked correctly with my previous laptop for a couple years. Also I hardly think that it's power connected as the hub has own power connector.

Is there any way to find out what's the reason of the problem?
