XPS-13 9360 -Blue tooth Headphone Issue

my laptop xps 13 9360 is not able  to discover the Bluetooth Headphone/Earphone device (tagg inferno 2.0 ) though my Iphone is able to discover and pair it.  What drivers need to be updated. I did latest divers update at Dell support but no use,
