XPS 13 9380, USB C ports not working since BIOS update

Hi All,

Since the May 2nd BIOS update, 1.3.2, my USB ports, except the Power adapter's port have stopped functioning. Nothing plugged into them is visible from the boot/bios menu, or at the OS level unless it is plugged in to the USB port reserved for charging. The other two ports won't even supply power out those ports.

I have tried re-flashing to no avail. I have tried to re-flash an older bios to see if I can get back to a working state, but the bios refuses the downgrade.

At the same time, I also have a Chipset driver upgrade that says it completes, but every time I launch the Dell Updater or support assist, the driver is still out of date.

Any ideas before I just RMA this? I really can't afford the downtime an RMA would cost.
