XPS 14 9500 - Microphone extremely quiet

Today in a conference nobody could understand what I saying. After I check my audio record qualtiy I understand that im to quiet. Windows Mic. Record Settings are at 100%. There are no "Mic Boost Settings". Tested with Skyoem TeamViewer and Windows Audio Recorder. All drivers, firmwares up to date

How I can fix it?

I see you're using the latest version Realtek driver. Not sure why you're not seeing the mic boost setting and can only suggest t may be a bug. Perhaps you could try rolling back the driver in device manager to the previous version to see if you get the mic boos setting back.

I have the same issue in XPS 15 9500, no boost option.. did you figure out?

I had the same issue on mine...currently awaiting an exchange for other issues. I never had the opportunity to use it in software but some things to try include using the Waves MAXXAUDIO app and changing one of those settings. Also, I "think" the actual microphones are on the top of the lid, on either side of the camera (the small holes)...if so trying talking closer to them. I'll see if my replacement works better.
