I am also facing this issue and I am trying to create a request but the SupportAssist always says we are unable to create your request now. What should I do now?
I have this issue too. I have had my 7590 for just one week today and it did this since day one.
On day one, I installed all the latest updates, as is best practice.
If there isn't a fix for this by 27th May I think Dell should take the machine back as next Friday is the end of the 14 day distance selling rule.
This issue isn't acceptable on a new machine. There is no excuse and it shouldn't be a customer's problem.
How many devices does this happen on. Isi t all of them and is it a new issue?
