XPS 15 9500 reboots after sleep on the charger

I think after recent bios update 1.19.0 laptop randomly reboots after sleep:

- Close lid

- Leave it for a while on the charger

- Open lid, works for a minute or so

- Hard reboot happens (ASF2 reboot logged in the BIOS)

- Charger (official one) is not recognized after this

- To make charger recognized you need to turn laptop off, and then turn it on again without the charger, and and after that plug then charger and it will be recognized

Also tried bios recovery in case it was corrupted during installation this, did not resolve the issue
