XPS 15 9550, save SSD Data

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately my laptop doesn't work anymore and I have to get my data somehow. Is it possible that I can remove the SSD and somehow read it in? So with an external reader and then connect to another laptop?

How can I get my data?
