Hi, I'm using XPS 15 9560 with Windows 10 Pro Build 17661 version and after the latest update Window10's Blutetooth Open/Close button started NOT Working.
as you can see below screenshots my bluetooth device seems ok, driver is already up to date but I'm not able to change the status of the win10's bluetooth option, it doesnt discover any bluetooth devices and not able to send/receive files to any device ( also unable to set visible my laptop on bluetooth )
I already updated all the BIOS, device drivers and windows updates but there is nothing change, could you please help me about solving this problem.

I already checked and applied the below solution but it doesn't work for me.
Hi, I've exaclty the same problem and I was sure that before Win 1803 update Bluetooth working. I'm sure because outside my office (I'm a developer) I use a Logitech Bluetooth mouse that actually I can't find (none devices where found during scan process, no smartphone, no smartwatch, nothing).
I tried the ON/OFF Bluetooth switch in bios as suggested in other DELL posts but not working for me.
DELL please: any solution?
Same issue here. XPS 9560 isnt finding any bluetooth devices anymore since 1803 Windows Update. Reinstalled the Kiler drivers did nothing.
Is this a joke? No word from Dell so far? Dont all owners of a 9560 have the issue?
In the Bios (F2 from power off or restart) I had to change the boot up speed from "Minimal" to "Full", which i think are the devices its starting. I apologize in advanced I'm not sure of the menu this was under but the bluetooth devices are finally back.
I have an XPS 15 9550, two Bluetooth headsets suddenly stopped working. I tried all solutions posted in this board and here https://www.dell.com/community/Laptops-General/Dell-XPS-15-9550-Bluetooth-Problems/td-p/4694493
I also tried uninstalling WiFi, Audio and Bluetooth drivers, installing from scratch using Dell and Intel assistants.
I disabled/enabled Bluetooth from BIOS.
Uninstall WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software or WIDCOMM Bluetooth Driver. This must be done via Uninstall or change program from Windows.
After this solution the bluetooth headsets work better than before because additional Hands Free drivers are installed per device.
This Bluetooth issue happens so often to me as well. No matter how I try(driver, bios update), it continuously occur again. As the best product in Dell Line up, Dell shouldn't let this issue last like this. If I go back to one year ago, I would never purchase this Dell product again.
DrJo has the proper solution - just go search for "add and remove programs", and then search for "WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software or WIDCOMM Bluetooth Driver" and then just reboot as suggested. Afterwards the bluetooth works perfectly - although in my case i had some devices occur twice, but both worked.
I had the same problem. My Bluetooth would die for no reason leaving me keyboard and mouseless. The imminent fix to get Bluetooth working again was to poweroff the laptop and disable and re-enable the Bluetooth device in BIOS. That worked for a couple hours maybe a day. Then I was back to rebooting and going into the BIOS. I have a long-term workaround/fix, which is to disable management for the Bluetooth device.
