XPS 15 9570 4k Intel GPU flicker on cursor typing (ubuntu)

I see a big difference on my dell when I switch to Intel from Nvidia. I don't wanna use Nvidia all the time because fans fo crazy even with Chrome and I use this laptop only for coding. See attached video and screenshots please. Is there a way I can stay away from Nvidia? Thanks!
