XPS 15-9570, fingerprint reader issues, #2

Dell is becoming a joke. They don't know how to resolve that issue and we are talking for a +2k laptop. I even gave them connection to my laptop and still is not working. They don't even try to find the root cause of the issue. On my case now it stopped working the standby from the main on-off button. Their last suggestion was to re-install windows.

The issue may occur if the BIOS Settings -> Intel Software Guard Extensions -> Intel SGX Enable is changed from Enabled (default setting) to Disabled or Software Controlled. Check your setting in the BIOS. If that does not correct the issue, download/install the latest Goodix Fingerprint Sensor driver. When done, restart the PC and retest.
