@Mehrajul1 can you provide more detail on exactly what is happening with the system by answering the following questions -
a) Was the system within Windows or pre Windows when it froze?
b) Is this the first time it has happened?
c) Did the system fix itself or did you have to restart it?
e) Has it happened since?
f) Have you changed any hardware / software or had Windows updates applied recently?
g) Did you get any error messages before or after the system froze?
h) Are you running the latest BIOS and drivers on the system?
