XPS 15 USB problem in I-phone 11 ProMax synchronization
I Phone 11 Pro Max is not connected/not recognized by DELL XPS 15-9530(2014 model) -Windows 10 for synchornization using USB cab
I Phone 11 Pro Max is not connected/not recognized by DELL XPS 15-9530(8 years old)-Windows 10 for synchornization using USB cable. I get repeating rings from the computer and a message that the Iphone is not detected. It does connects and synchronize via WiFi(3 hours backup and sync.) . Tried all internet recommendations (Remove and install Itunes ,all Apple guidlines for device sync. and recognition etc.). Apple ,Dell and Microsoft were not able to ressolve the issue. The Iphone is recognized by another computer, All 4 USB ports are Ok with other devices
