XPS 7590, P2722HE, slow charges

Hey all,

I bought XPS 7590 laptop couple of years ago and it came with 4.5mm 130W charger. Yesterday I purchased the P2722HE USB-C hub monitor. As I understood the P2722HE should charge the XPS 7590 via USB-C cable, which it does but a "slow charge" message shows up. On the P2722HE USB-C socket its written 65W, so I assuming this is the issue.

I just wanted to ask if there is any risk to my XPS 7590 battery by charging it that slow way, and how the "slow charge" will effect my laptop performance (I am gaming from time to time)?
