XPS 9370 failing fan

I can't explain enough how I am disappointed in Dell. And yes, I tried all steps, update bios and else, enabled quiet mode, etc.. Don't need your help in diagnosis problem, I know how to google and am pretty experienced in computers. It is not loud fan noise. It is broken or failing fan noise which happens when cpu gets hotter. It is hardware problem, probably bearing. Bought premium lap, pay fair price for such a thing. Ok lap is otherwise great but this problem with grinding fun is incredible mistake. If this was on some cheap model I would understand but this is incredible. And what now, I don't wanna send back laptop cause I need it for work. I am willing to replace fan myself, but who to contact? Bought it on amazon.de, now I live in Croatia. Garanty is still walid. Is there any solution?
