XPS13 7930 2-in-1 does not go to sleep after closing the lid or pressing Start

hi,

My XPS13 7930 2-in-1 does not go to sleep after closing the lid or pressing Start --> Shutdown and signout-->Sleep, even i have set all the settings in the power options to be able to do so.

I thought the compy goes to sleep but it keeps working all night long and overheat.

any help?
